Job Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. Acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. The individual is expected to stay abreast of industry and market specific information or trends that could impact the search. They will act as a mentor to Recruiters as well as other team members. They demonstrate innovation and outside of the box thinking with their search techniques.
Work location : This vacancy is open to all US citizens who have the right to live and work in the US.
Work set up: Hybrid - US This is a role for candidates in the US only - within commutable distance to Indianapolis, IN, or Novi, Michigan with the ability to travel to client office is required circa twice monthly.
Specific Experience: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and execution across our global engineering and manufacturing operations. A knowledge of defense or aerospace industry would be advantageous. In this critical role, you will lead demand and workforce planning, advanced reporting and data analysis, and senior stakeholder engagement.
With experience working internationally and the ability to navigate complex and matrixed environments, you will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that support our business objectives.

What you will be doing
As the Senior Recruiter, you will:
- Act as the central point of contact between diverse teams, including brand, reporting, delivery, and technology
- Leverage your deep understanding of the engineering industry, ideally in defense or aerospace
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze data and provide advanced reporting to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Be prepared to travel to our Indianapolis site circa twice monthly
To succeed in this role, you should be a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with:
- Proven expertise in demand and workforce planning, strategy design, and execution
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed global organization
- A track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sectors
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education:
- High School qualifications essential. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of five or more year’s results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting.
Program manages the jobs and procurement, helping with reporting, using brand, risks on capacity, escalations ideas
Exposure:
- Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
- Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
- Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $59,000 - $100,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including:

This is a role for candidates in the US only- near Indianapolis, IN, or Novi, Michigan traveling in office is required twice monthly.
