Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality into new product development and manufacturing processes.
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100).
