We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving the daily lives of children through play-based, functional, and goal-oriented therapy. You’ll work with children who have a range of developmental, sensory, and physical challenges, partnering closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess children’s motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family goals.
Provide engaging, play-based interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in daily activities.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent support across environments.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license in [State].
Experience: Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or early intervention setting).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for working with children and families in a collaborative, strengths-based manner.

Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Closed on Fridays
- Optional shift available on Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
