Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers according to our HOT-N-READY Promise and Five Priority Guidelines
• Prepare high-quality pizzas following Little Caesars recipes and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and assigned areas
• Practice safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
• Capability to reach and handle items at various heights
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions and instructions
• Previous retail or customer contact experience is preferred

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to handle pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
