Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Security
American Guard Services (AGS) is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a retail security assignment in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We are seeking dependable and professional individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned retail property
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Patrol designated areas and report suspicious activity
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
Requirements
- Previous security experience is preferred
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
- Available to work any day of the week:
- Sunday through Saturday
- Various shifts available (AM/PM)
Pay
- $15.00 per hour
