When you join our team as an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll serve customers within a 40-mile radius of our shop at 4730 E M-36, Pinckney, MI 48169. Your typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and on-call responsibilities.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an HVAC Service Technician, you start your day reviewing your schedule and heading out to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units. At each stop, you perform routine maintenance, such as replacing filters and cleaning coils, to keep systems running at peak performance. You also handle repairs and maintenance on a variety of appliances, such as refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers, and install, replace, or repair HVAC components like thermostats, condensers, and compressors. Throughout the day, you follow the company's 12 Step Process to the Ultimate Service Call experience so you consistently hit your weekly KPIs and goals. You work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow all safety protocols, and carefully document the issues you find and the repairs you complete. You collaborate with team members as needed to ensure systems are functioning correctly and safely, all while providing excellent customer service and clearly communicating with clients to answer questions and address any concerns.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights

The following qualifications are preferred :

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
• Experience with appliance repair and maintenance
