What we offer:

• Manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Build a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees
• Support hourly and salaried employees through direct contact and timely and effective responses to personnel needs and issues
• Assist supervisors and managers in the areas of conflict resolution, corrective action, investigations, and other related issues
• Assist Employees with general questions and issues in the areas of recruitment, benefits, payroll, and training
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading training, as needed, for employees and managers.
• Coordinate all required pre-employment screenings (background checks and drug tests)
• Conduct and coordinate new hire on-boarding procedures and in-person orientations
• Maintain and update employee data within SAP system
• Prepare and provide monthly headcount reports as needed
• Participate in annual open enrollment benefit meetings
• Ensure the timely enrollment and/or termination of employees within various employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.
• Serve as back-up payroll administrator when needed
• Ensure company and departmental compliance with state and federal labor law required postings
• Plan and participate in various company-wide events
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or business-related degree, or three to five years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing related company
• Payroll experience is a plus
• Knowledge SAP or similar ERP system preferred
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Superior collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with strong business acumen
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Highly organized and time conscious
• Possess strong analytical aptitude
• Self-motivated and results oriented

• Fluent in English with advanced reading and writing skills
• Visa holders/English as Second Language (ESL) individuals must take TOEFL exam and score above passing grade
