Responsibilities

1. Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
2. TBI + SCI rehabilitation
3. Pediatrics / Adults
4. Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
5. Gastrostomy tube care
6. Dispensing medications
7. Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
8. Report any changes
9. Document observed changes
10. Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
11. Maintains professional nature within the home setting | | | |

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
3. Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
4. Current state license as an RN or LPN
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
6. Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
7. Current flu vaccine
8. CPR certified | | | | |

Schedule:

Centria's clients have a wide variety of shifts; Days, Nights, Weekends, Visits etc. Our client's needs dictate their schedule. With our vast census of clientele, we are sure to find the perfect fit for anyone.
