Light Industrial Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

This hands-on position plays a critical part in the assembly, inspection, and preparation of electronic components within our dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:***

Perform precise preparation, assembly, and inspection of various parts and components.

* Execute tear-down, recycling, and re-inspection of assembly parts directly on the production line.

* Master operations across all production cells within the facility.

* Actively participate in a two-hour interval rotation between different work cells to support production needs.

* Adhere strictly to quality control standards and visual inspection requirements for all products.

Light Industrial Qualifications:

**Required Qualifications:***

Proven experience or demonstrated ability in assembly and inspection tasks, with a strong focus on visual detail.

* Comfortable and efficient working in a fast-paced production line environment.

* Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.

* Capability to continually lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift 25 lbs or more.

* Willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.

* Successful completion of a background check is required.

**Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous experience with wire harness assembly.

Must have a clear criminal record in the last 7 years.
