Fox Motors has a Sales Receptionist opening in Grand Rapids, Michigan at Fox Powersports. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in our Sales Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get started in the powersports industry. You will be the first point of contact for our customers-both in person and over the phone-and play a key role in supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate sales staff
• Submit and process customer credit applications
• Prepare purchase agreements and assist with sales documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and basic software programs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Reliable and punctual
