- Enforce volleyball rules and ensure fair play
- Make quick, confident, and unbiased calls on plays, faults, and points.
- Keep control of the game while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere.
Skills
- Basic understanding of volleyball rules (training provided).
- Ability to make quick, fair, and confident calls during play.
- Strong attention to detail to track scores and enforce rules.
