We're a locally owned and operated bakery known for serving up mouth-watering treats made with the freshest ingredients—and we’re looking for a talented Scratch Baker to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Scratch Baker at The Lakehouse Bakery, you'll be at the heart of what we do best—crafting high-quality baked goods from scratch that keep our customers coming back for more. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and baking a variety of goods, including pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked treats.

- Following recipes and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of food safety and quality.

- Collaborating with our friendly team to meet daily production goals and customer demands.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for baking and takes pride in their craft. Here’s what we’d love to see:

- 1 -3 year(s) of baking experience —whether in a professional setting or a similar role.

- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-notch baked goods.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Serv Safe Certification is a plus, but not required.
