Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill 2nd shift General Production Associate positions for a Manufacturing company in East Tawas, MI. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Operates various production machines including presses, benders & assembly.
• Performs one or more repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce products.
• May be assigned to different work stations as production needs require.
• May work on assembly line where tasks vary.
• Input required Part Quality Checks.
• Achieve production rates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all requirements found in job books.

Schedule / Compensation (USD):

Operator Production (Assembly & Molding):
1st Shift – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – $15.00/hour (FILLED)
2nd Shift – 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. – $15.25/hour
3rd Shift – 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. – $16.00/hour (FILLED)

Paint Line:
1st Shift – 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – $15.00/hour (FILLED)
2nd Shift – 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. – $15.25/hour

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal/written communication.
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work different hours and shifts as needed
• Pass Drug Screen
• Clean Background Check
