HR Executive & Co-ordinator
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing communications.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Help in collecting and organizing candidate documents and feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate background checks
- Draft and maintain job descriptions
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, document collection, and IT setup.
- Ensure all joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.
- Support exit processes, such as scheduling exit interviews and managing clearance procedures with different departments
- HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Prepare HR letters such as employment verification and experience letters.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
- Help in distributing internal communications and collecting employee feedback.
