Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee inventory control, supply chain coordination, and logistics to ensure material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing operations management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong track record of managing production budgets, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating large production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and quality control processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation implementation
• Proficiency in data analytics tools for operational insights
