Remote Family Law Attorney – Northern Michigan Practice (Grand Rapids-Based or Relocation)
We are seeking a Family Law Attorney based in or near Grand Rapids or open to relocation to support a Northern Michigan-focused practice.
This is a remote role with travel to Northern Michigan courts as needed.
Role Overview
- Handle family law matters across the Greater Grand Rapids area, and surrounding communities
- Provide legal counsel on divorce, custody, and support cases
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft legal documents and manage case strategy
Requirements
- Licensed in Michigan
- Family law experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel to Northern Michigan for court appearances
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term practice in Northern Michigan
