High-Level Finisher (Residential Construction)

Lead Finish Carpenter / Remodeler (Rental Turns & Flips – Steady Work, Weekly Pay)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a high-level finisher who can take a unit from rough condition to rent-ready without supervision .
We manage multiple rental properties and flips and need someone who can move fast, do clean work, and handle a variety of finish tasks.
This is consistent, year-round work for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install doors, trim, and hardware
- LVP/Laminate flooring install
- Light kitchen installs (cabinets, countertops, fixtures)
- Punch list / final finishes to get units rent-ready
- Identify and fix issues without constant direction
What We’re Looking For:
- Can complete finish work start to finish without supervision
- Strong attention to detail (clean lines, no callbacks)
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Owns basic tools
- Has transportation
Must be able to move efficiently while maintaining quality.
Pay:
- $28–$40/hour depending on experience
- Weekly pay
