Qualifications

• Experience in facility settings or direct care roles.
• Strong communication skills and charisma to build rapport with clients.
• NO travel restrictions (Based primarily in Genesee County) .
• Bedside manners.
• Procedural knowledge of ADLs.
• CPR Certification.
• A recent TB Test .
• Heavy lifting/ mobility assistance may be required.
• Experience in memory or hospice care.
• A considerate mindset and a desire to help others.

Job Responsibilities/ Knowledge Required

Case assignments are catered to the needs of the client and capabilities of the provider, but may change. You must be willing to accept other openings of your choosing/capability.

• Housekeeping
• Bathing
• Laundry

• ROM
• Transferring
• Meal Preparation
• Feeding (GI-Tube, or Gravity Feeds)
• Mobility
• Medication Reminders
• Medical Chaperoning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.13 - $20.00 per hour
