Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to support commercial installation projects across the Grand Rapids area. You’ll handle full-cycle installs—equipment placement, ductwork, connections, and start-ups—while working closely with a skilled crew.

Key Responsibilities

Install furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems to specifications.

Measure, fabricate, and secure ductwork for proper airflow and sealing.

Perform system start-ups, testing, and documentation.

Maintain safe, clean jobsites and follow company safety standards.

Collaborate with team leads to complete projects on schedule.

Who You Are

A reliable, detail-oriented installer with at least three years of HVAC experience. You take pride in clean, accurate installs, communicate well with teammates, and enjoy contributing to a fast-moving field environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional HVAC installation experience (residential or light-commercial)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to read blueprints and follow installation guidelines

Capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and working safely in varied environments
