Large Project Landscape Crew Leader

Premium Design LLC – Hudsonville, MI

Pay: $27–$33/hr (based on experience)

Premium Design LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Large Project Landscape Crew Leader to lead major landscape and hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing crew members while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high-quality standards. We’re looking for a skilled foreman with leadership ability, strong project management skills, and experience in landscape or hardscape work.

Responsibilities

• Lead large landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
• Supervise and mentor 2-3 crew members
• Manage project schedules, labor, and materials
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and profit margin goals
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding progress and project details
• Track project costs and report on labor, material usage, and margins
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide team feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of landscape or hardscape experience
• Leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
• Knowledge of material and labor calculations for projects
• Must have machine operating experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
