Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS – READ THIS CAREFULLY

We’re not looking for perfect—we’re looking for capable, driven people who can perform and grow .

Minimum Requirements

• 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience ( preferred, NOT required for trainees )
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving ability (you can think, not just follow steps)
• Able to work independently AND as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT

Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There)

• ASE certifications
• Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License
• Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software

Physical / Work Environment

• Lift 35+ lbs regularly
• Bend, kneel, squat, and work in a shop environment
• Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Must pass drug & alcohol screening
