Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Analyze production capacity, material availability, and customer demand to ensure a feasible schedule.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to align production plans with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and order fulfillment, making adjustments as needed.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages to maintain production flow.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling, track progress, and generate reports.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and historical data to refine scheduling parameters and improve planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in utilizing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for scheduling, capacity planning, and material management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting, capacity modeling, and inventory optimization.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, production processes, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience facilitating Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification.
