Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets.
• Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth production flow and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze production data and metrics to track performance, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience implementing or managing automation and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
