Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our THMG, Primary Care & Pediatrics - Cherry Team located in Downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive and collaborative environment that values high quality work, teamwork, and innovation.

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care services to a diverse patient population spanning all ages groups and backgrounds
• Office is located across the street from Trinity Health Grand Rapids hospital in a beautiful Medical Center that offers Primary Care, OB/GYN, Neuro, Sleep Medicine, Physician Medicine & Spine & Rehabilitation
• Multidisciplinary approach with access to providers of all specialties
• Schedule is Monday - Friday with extended hours and no weekends
• Team consists of 7 Physicians and 4 APPs
• Will have the opportunity to treat a diverse population of patients
• Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows

Qualifications

• Open to new graduates or experience
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
