Salary Range: $132,000 - $183,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, production processes, and facility management.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), budget, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and material planning to support production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial management acumen.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI in manufacturing).
• Proven track record in successful new product introduction (NPI) or market expansion initiatives.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Engineering/Supply Chain Management.
