  Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist in building and expand a high-quality electrical team/department
• Deliver high-quality work with integrity, continuously learning and improving.
• Provide solutions to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions for their homes.
• Install and upgrade residential electrical systems with precision and expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with HVAC install teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensure all electrical systems meet company standards, the National Electrical Code, and other relevant local codes.

What Does It Take?

• Must hold a Master Electrician Licensure with the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work, with a preference for installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• High integrity and advanced interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong commitment to safety, both on the road and in the field.

Qualified new hires are eligible for the following sign-on bonuses:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus  for Licensed  Journeyman  Technicians

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus  for Licensed  Master  Technicians
