Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall P&L performance, financial planning, and budget management.
• Lead all manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a focus on business growth and efficiency.
• Track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding and commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global markets or a diverse workforce
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Engineering Management
• Proven track record in successful new product introduction (NPI) processes
