Sales & Design Consultant – Lansing Territory
Full-Time | Pre-Scheduled Appointments | Paid Training
BathWorks of Michigan — the fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer in the nation — is expanding in Lansing! We're hiring confident, motivated sales & design professionals to help homeowners reimagine their bathrooms with trusted Jacuzzi® products.
No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide qualified leads, paid training, and a clear path to high earnings.
What You'll Do:
Run in-home design consultations with homeowners
Present Jacuzzi® bath and shower solutions
Help customers design safe, stylish bathrooms
Follow a proven sales process — we'll train you
What We Offer:
Pre-set appointments — no lead chasing
Paid training and onboarding
Flexibility between appointments
Help earning your Michigan sales license
Opportunities to grow into sales coach roles
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicators with a customer-first mindset
Background in home improvement, sales, or design is a plus
Based in or near Lansing and willing to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits:
Earning potential of $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
Paid onboarding and licensing support
