We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced staff to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients and maintaining high-quality financial records.

Responsibilities

• Participating in different phases of financial accounting and tax engagements.
• Working with compilations, reviews, and financial statements.
• Engaging in corporate, partnership, and personal tax work.
• Working directly with clients to provide accounting and tax services.
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Conducting reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting in corporate and individual tax preparation services.
• Interacting with all levels of staff for professional growth and experience.

Experience & Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional accounting or tax experience, preferably in a public accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; or Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Accounting CS and UltraTax software is required.
• Experience with TaxDome practice management software and QuickBooks.
• Experience with financial report writing is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
