Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Director
AdvisaCare is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a visionary hospice leader to grow with us.
As the RN Hospice Director , you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. This position offers a rare opportunity to lead with purpose , influence strategy, and make a meaningful impact on patients, families, and caregivers every single day.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
- Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
- Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
- Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
- Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
- Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
- Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
