PROCESS ENGINEER
Live and work where others vacation! Our client is seeking a high-impact Process Engineer to join their team in beautiful New Troy, MI . Located just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan, this 45-hour-per-week role (M-F) is perfect for a self-directed professional who wants to drive technical efficiency in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.

salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Precision Setup & Tooling: Independently build tools and perform complex machinery setups to meet exacting design specifications.
- Advanced Programming & Monitoring: Code, modify, and monitor G & M code runs (Fanuc) to ensure production standards are met with maximum efficiency.
- Quality & Data Analysis: Review SPC data with Quality and Production management, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and part accuracy.
- Tooling Performance Optimization: Constantly evaluate tooling performance to implement improvements that increase tool life and enhance overall part quality.
- Technical Mentorship: Help train both new and experienced operators to maintain world-class quality and production standards.
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
skills: - CNC (3 years of experience is required)
