Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance departments to optimize material flow and equipment uptime.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term growth objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
