Junior Sales Representative (B2B Sales Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in technical sales. You will receive mentorship and training in Tebis solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in the sales process and supporting customer acquisition across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach.
- Support senior sales representatives with account development and customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Manage CRM data entry and help track customer interactions and pipeline progress.
- Participate in customer calls, meetings, and trade shows to learn consultative sales techniques.
- Build foundational knowledge of Tebis software and its application in customer workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
- Strong interest in technical sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to CAD/CAM software, CNC machining, or manufacturing technology is a plus (but not required).
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience through internships, co-op programs, or entry-level roles.
- Ability to travel as needed to customer sites, events, or trade shows.
