OFSAA Reg Reporting Product Owner

Summary
Finance Data Group within Huntington Finance & Controllership partners with Regulatory Reporting, FP&A and Balance Sheet Management groups supporting key functions such as monthly/quarterly external report filings and internal management reporting and analytics.
OFSAA Reg Reporting Product Owner role within the Finance Data Group will act as a product owner for the OFSAA Regulatory Reporting module (Data Foundation, AAI) and partner with Regulatory Reporting and Axiom teams to provide guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory reporting related matters to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize value for the business, legal entities, and the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams in the development, implementation, documentation, and use of data and calculations for OFSAA Data Foundation in support of Y9C, 031, 2028d and other regulatory processes.
- Assist in coordinating and liaising with businesses and functions to educate and garner support for project initiatives.
- Contribute and support other group projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with OFSAA ecosystem partners (FTP, Profitability, Cash Flow Engine) to ensure seamless delivery to end consumers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a quantitative-focused discipline
- 5 + years of previous experience working in the Financial Services Industry (preferably Banking)
- Knowledge of OFSAA Data foundation and OFSAA frameworks such as T2Ts, Business Rules
- 5+ years of experience with OFSAA in a project role
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical skillset to work with stakeholders to drive requirements and the ability to deliver in challenging timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical platforms such as OFSAA FTP or other Treasury solutions, BI tools (Tableau etc.), Database analytic tools
- 5+ years' experience in Regulatory/Risk systems
- Expert in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of financial instruments and products including an awareness of bank regulation, accounting, valuation techniques and risk measurement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to converse with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority.
- High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude and a desire to show continued progress.
- Good to have: Coding knowledge such as Python, R or SQL.
- Knowledge of finance business processes and the interaction between systems and processes
