Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of large-scale IT initiatives. This role requires strong project management knowledge, effective coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate one or more large, complex IT projects lasting longer than 6 months, involving 20+ team members, and requiring regular communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Support adherence to established project management methodologies, including investment management and systems engineering practices.

Organize cross-functional teams through all phases of project planning and execution, including creating integrated schedules, risk management plans, and budget tracking.

Track and report on project progress related to scope, quality, schedule, and budget, escalating risks or issues to leadership as needed.

Assist in planning long-term project milestones and releases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enterprise initiatives.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to capture technical requirements, ensuring project activities align with business needs and industry standards.

Contribute to structured change management practices, including supporting stakeholder engagement and adoption of project deliverables.

Assist with communication planning, training support, and organizational readiness activities to drive successful user adoption.

Required Skills:

Proven experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams and supporting medium- to high-risk projects.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with leadership and diverse stakeholders.

Ability to support both technical delivery and change management efforts within complex environments.

Experience working on vendor-managed projects with integrated technical components

Nice To Have:

Familiarity with structured change management methodologies.

Experience supporting training and communication efforts for large user groups.

Knowledge of enterprise IT standards and governance frameworks.
