Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential therapy services within a K-12 setting in Bay City, MI. This contract position spans the new school year with flexible scheduling options, welcoming both full-time and part-time candidates passionate about supporting a broad range of students.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Speech-Language Pathology services to a diverse caseload of 35-60 students ranging in age from birth through 26 years old
• Collaborating across multiple school locations as assigned within the district
• Utilizing clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Working alongside support staff such as paraeducators, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who provide supervision

Qualifications and Experience:

• Michigan SLP license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience servicing a wide age range including birth to young adults preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a caseload of varying sizes and multiple educational environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

• Situated in Bay City, MI, servicing schools in Midland County with multiple locations for assignments
