Location: Flexible | Travel Required
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base

About the Role

KIRCO/SK Medical Management (SKMM) is seeking a Vice President, Growth to drive new business, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence in healthcare and commercial real estate. Reporting to the EVP of SKMM, this role is critical to growing our management portfolio and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of new opportunities.
• Develop relationships with investors, brokers, institutional owners, and healthcare leaders.
• Identify early-stage projects (RFP/RFQ) and lead proposal responses.
• Deliver polished presentations and represent SKMM at key industry events (BOMA Medical, Revista, etc.).
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and client engagement.
• Cross-sell SKMM service lines and track progress with CRM tools (HubSpot).
• Travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of commercial real estate experience ; healthcare real estate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (graduate degree a plus).
• Proven track record in business development and sales.
• Strong network of owners, developers, and investors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
