Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.

• Proven experience in a production management role within manufacturing.

• Demonstrated ability in process optimization and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
