Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections, managing corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
• Oversee hazardous waste management and environmental permitting.
• Develop and manage emergency response plans and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP).
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations, and experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and deliver effective training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM)
• Experience with EHS management software implementation or optimization
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Expertise in industrial hygiene monitoring and program development
