JOB TITLE:

Work Study - front desk worker

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:

University of Wyoming Casper

Job location: Casper college campus in the university building

Pay rate or range: 12.00 per hour

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide front desk coverage in the office at the University of Wyoming Casper

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate must be able to schedule advising meetings answer basic questions from students inquiring about degrees Perform other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

Should be able to work with a computer send emails receive emails Book advising appointments using computer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be eligible have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in office setting is a plus.
