HRIS Manager
- Analyzes the company's HR information needs, both immediate and long term and plans for development of and/or changes in the systems to meet those needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of HRIS/Compensation/HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with ERP systems
- Project and vendor management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong teamwork and problem solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete special projects
- Proficient Microsoft Office software skills, including advanced level with Excel
- Combination of plant, division and corporate experience working with various levels in the organization
- Knowledge of current HCM/HRIS system
- Experience using Google for Work
- Knowledge of DAYFORCE is desirable
