Responsibilities:

Delivery Driver Duties:

• Load, secure, and transport building materials to job sites
• Operate delivery vehicles, including boom trucks and piggyback forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Unload products safely and according to customer specifications
• Maintain clean and presentable trucks
• Ensure all loads are delivered on time and in compliance with DOT regulations
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and with customers

Maintenance Mechanic Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of DOT-regulated vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues (engine, brakes, tires, etc.)
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safety
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with DOT inspection schedules
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate 13-speed manual transmissions (experience with pre-2011 tractors preferred)
• Skilled in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair (tires, brakes, diagnostics, etc.)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and inspection requirements
• Experience with — or willingness to learn — piggyback forklifts and boom trucks
• Able to read and verify packing slips and shipping documents
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
