McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling, located in Warren, is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team full-time plus Sign On Bonus up to $2000! Position Overview:

As an HVAC Service Technician , you’ll play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose, service, and repair various HVAC systems (boilers, tankless water heaters, and SDHV systems experience is a plus!).
• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively with the team.
• Document service work and communicate findings with the management team.
• Educate homeowners about their HVAC systems and recommended maintenance.
• Promote preventative maintenance plans to build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure your company vehicle is stocked, organized, and well-maintained.
• Present a clean, professional appearance.
• Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ EPA Universal Certification & knowledge of code compliance.
✔ Valid driver’s license.
✔ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
✔ Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs.
✔ Highly motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (must currently be working in the field).

Compensation & Benefits:
