Project Manager Assistant

With more than 650+ professionals, MSG delivers integrated planning, design, engineering, and construction solutions nationwide. As part of the Geoenvironmental Engineering team, you’ll support Project Managers with administrative, operational, and project accounting tasks that keep complex civil/municipal projects moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support professional services teams through strong organization, financial tracking, and proactive communication. What You’ll DoAs a PMA, you’ll provide critical administrative, operational, and financial support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Project Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and day-to-day project communications
- Serve as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to support on-time project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and records
- Assist with proposal assembly, contract coordination, and project correspondence
- Support compliance requirements and audit preparation as needed
- Assist Project Managers with internal coordination and workflow organization
- Help monitor project progress and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary civil/municipal project teams
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project administration, project accounting, or project coordination
- Experience supporting professional services or consulting projects preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and MS Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- A team-oriented, service-focused approach to supporting Project Managers
