ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Responsibilities
- Global Customer Account Development.
- Lead with Impact: Drive global and regional customer strategies that fuel growth, boost margins, and elevate EBIT & cash performance.
- Own the Relationship: Be the central force connecting regional sales managers and customers—building trust, loyalty, and long-term success.
- Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute customer-centric plans that span continents and deliver measurable results.
- Sales Rockstar: Hit and exceed KPIs by identifying and securing high-value, multi-regional business opportunities.
- Master Communicator: Facilitate seamless collaboration across regions to keep everyone aligned and energized.
- Market Connector: Be the face of the company—networking, influencing, and staying ahead of market trends.
- Data-Driven Storyteller: Prepare compelling presentations and insights that wow both internal teams and external clients.
- Planning Pro: Lead Sales OP and SP planning with precision and purpose.
- Knowledge Keeper: Centralize customer intelligence to drive smarter decisions and stronger strategies.
- Global Growth Champion: Push boundaries, break silos, and make a global impact—one customer at a time.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Team Management and/or Market Environment.
- Strong communicator
- Driven and motivated team player
- Nice to have a mechanical engineering degree or business degree.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry, Commercial Vehicles preferred.
- Knowledge about contract law and pricing policy, so you are able to successfully negotiate in an international context.
- Speak English fluently to collaborate with your international team colleagues.
