PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR IT
The Information Technology (IT) Project Administrator oversees the organization and coordination of projects assigned, including the budget, and captures measurable outcomes. The primary responsibilities of the IT Project Administrator are to overall direct, coordinate, and implement projects that align with the organization's strategy, commitments, and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:- Manages assigned project(s), coordinates internal resourcing and availability and vendor/third parties through to execution of projects.
- Works with key stakeholders to develop project goals, objectives, project scope and timelines that meet the business's needs.
- Documents all aspects of the project including scope and tracking.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Monitors and adjusts plan as project requirements shift.
- Communicates and documents project quality and progress metrics.
- Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure project remains on track and escalates as appropriate.
- Work within IT governance structure to prioritize, approve, schedule, initiate, and execute projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manages a portfolio of projects
- Leads and coordinates team meetings
- Ensures communication occurs across impacted teams and operational stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure that project team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree required. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) years Healthcare, IT or finance/account receivable experience in field required and willing to obtain an Bachelor's degree within four (4) years.
- Minimum 5 years leading projects and/or 2 years of Leadership experience required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with vendor software and its operations preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have a strong working knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, business operations and workflows with an understanding of how they interrelate to other departments in the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capabilities in follow-up activities.
- Must be a team leader with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in small or large teams
- Demonstrates the ability to resolve problems timely and effectively
- Must be detail oriented and have a skill for probing for information to fully understand the underlying needs that drive how the system should be built
- Must be approachable and can deal positively with employees at all levels of the organization

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to maintain punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
Occasional reclining, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, twisting, reaching, far vision, and depth perception.
