Finance Manager – Woodhams Ford | Automotive F&I Leadership Opportunity

Location: Michigan City, IN
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Woodhams Ford is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. As a key member of the dealership leadership group, the Finance Manager is responsible for structuring deals, securing financing options, and delivering a seamless and professional experience to every customer.

We’re looking for a leader who is driven, ethical, and committed to maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present financial products and services (warranties, protection packages, GAP, etc.)

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and lender approval

• Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Accurately complete all documentation for funding and delivery

• Work closely with the sales and management teams to improve closing rates

• Foster long-term relationships with lenders and customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting

• Deep understanding of lending programs, credit applications, and deal structure

• Proven ability to meet or exceed PVR and product penetration targets

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Proficiency with DMS platforms (Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, etc.)

• Excellent communication and closing skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
