Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current OT license valid in the state
• Prior experience in school-based OT, preferably with a variety of age groups
• Solid knowledge of IEP development and documentation

• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to challenges

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create targeted intervention plans
• Deliver individualized and group therapy to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in meetings
• Provide guidance and education regarding accommodations and adaptive strategies
• Support the integration of therapy strategies into daily classroom routines
