What You’ll Do

• Oversee the installation of landscape and softscape projects with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Read and execute scaled landscape plans with accuracy and attention to detail
• Lead, train, and support crew members to maintain productivity and high standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and homeowners throughout each project
• Operate and maintain equipment including mini-excavators, skid steers, trucks, trailers, and hand tools
• Collaborate with management to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet expectations

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a landscape construction or tree removal crew
• Valid driver’s license with Chauffeur endorsement
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company
• Positive attitude with strong leadership and teamwork skills
