Your Role:

• Oversee the installation of beautiful landscape designs that transform outdoor spaces.

• Interpret and implement scaled landscape prints with precision and attention to detail.

• Lead and manage a crew to maximize efficiency, productivity, and provide on-the-job training.

• Engage with customers and homeowners, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout each project.

• Operate and maintain equipment like bucket trucks, mini-excavators, skids, trucks, trailers, and hand tools.

• Collaborate effectively with managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in leading a landscape construction or tree removal crew.

• Valid driver’s license with a Chauffeur endorsement.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50lbs or more.

• Safety-conscious with a willingness to learn, grow, and advance in your career.

• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills that create a supportive work environment.
