Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist — Help Power Our Growth

Schedule: 3:00pm–12:30am (Monday–Friday)

Pay Range: $32.00–$37.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re scaling up and adding a skilled maintenance professional to ensure our production stays safe, reliable, and efficient.

Core responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of industrial machinery
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Author, revise, and follow SOPs and Job Safety Analyses
• Program and adjust PLCs
• Complete daily maintenance/repair records
• Collaborate with Production Associates and Management on priorities
• Manage and secure tools; maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Comply with all safety procedures and practices
• Provide training support when requested
• Order tools and parts to sustain inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience or education in one or more disciplines: electrical, mechanical, hydraulics/pneumatics, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, piping, PLC programming
• Proficient reading of blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics
• Competent basic math, reading, and writing
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers
• Lift up to 30 pounds; dependable attendance on scheduled shifts

Work environment and physical requirements

• Manufacturing setting with frequent lifting of materials up to 30 lbs
• Use required PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots

Preferred technical capabilities

• HVAC and HVAC/R competencies
• PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Industrial and manufacturing engineering fundamentals
• Construction equipment maintenance; heavy equipment repair
• Comprehensive equipment troubleshooting
• Facilities maintenance experience
• Electrical installation, electrical repair, electrical troubleshooting, and work with electrical/electronic systems
• Machine building and mechanical assembly
• Mechanical troubleshooting and hydraulics experience
• CNC programming, CNC machine repair, and troubleshooting CNC machines
• Manual machining and pipefitting
• Meets physical requirements; High School/GED; experience in a manufacturing environment
